Clean Room

ISO 8 clean room according to ISO 14644 with separate areas for evaluation and testing.

Sample preparation

Standard and, when needed, high precision cutting, mounting, chipping, grinding, sanding and polishing.

Weighing

5-digit accuracy. No vibration or static.

Extraction area:

Pressure rinsing, ultrasonic, suction, air jet, agitation, internal rinsing, customer specific methods and on site extraction.

Evaluation area:

Optical microscopy, electron microscopy SEM/EDX, infrared spectrography FT-IR.
